Since September 4, 2012 DMAA (Also known as Methylhexaneamine) is illegal in Sweden. The substance is now illegal to create, import, use and possess in the country. The law means that any persons that is in possession of the substance can be imprisoned up to one year. DMAA is also known, but not restricted to, as 1.3-dimetylamylamine, metylhexanamine, dimetylpentyamine, pentylamine, 2-amino-4-metylhexane och geranamine.
