This is also known as the Rule 45 of the Olympic Charter - or the Osaka/6 month rule. A hearing is scheduled for 17 August 2011 and a final decision in this matter is likely to be issued at the end of September 2011. As requested by the parties, the arbitration procedure will remain confidential with the exception of the Final Award which will be published by the CAS at the end of the procedure procedure.
